The submission system will guide you through the submission process.
The following information will be requested:
- Title of the paper

- An abstract of 350-500 words, including information on the main issue analysed in the paper, type of methodology and sources used in the analysis (in case the paper is mainly theoretical, please specify so), main expected findings and contribution.
Please remember to fill all obligatory fields in the submission platform.
Please note: Multiple submission are allowed; stream organizers are not allowed to present a paper in their own stream.
All paper abstracts will be ranked by the stream convenors. The local conference committee makes the final decision. Successful authors will be informed by 15 May 2025. You can check the Conference timeline here.
Pitch your book sessions: You can also pitch your book at ESPAnet conference. The book you submit must be published in 2024 or 2025, fit the general research interests of the ESPAnet community and not yet presented at any ESPAnet conference. Book abstracts should be 350-500-word long, including information on the theme(s) of the book, the methodology, the main results (and/or theoretical contribution), and the relevance in the context of ESPAnet. Authors may also flag the names of 2-3 possible discussants. Book abstracts will be ranked by the Conference Organizing Committee based on the extent the book fits the general research interests of the Conference and the number of presentation slots available.
